The GO-Protect Plan is subject to the following terms:

  1. If your GO-SIM Global SIM card is lost or stolen, you must notify GO-SIM immediately to request suspension of the service. Failure to notify GO-SIM of the loss or theft could result in airtime credit being used by an unauthorised party.
  2. You must report the theft or loss to the Police and notify GO-SIM of the Police Incident Number, the name and contact details of the Police station, and the date on which the incident was reported. Claims cannot be accepted unless this information is provided.
  3. GO-SIM offer a Lifetime and a 12-month Protection plan for which payment will be taken from your credit card prior to shipping. If you select the 12-month plan, GO-SIM will contact you when your premium is due for renewal.
  4. This plan does not cover any additional costs incurred as a consequence of the loss, theft, damage or fault of the Global SIM card.
  5. This policy does not cover loss, theft or damage to associated equipment such as the mobile phone.
  6. This policy does not cover theft from an unattended motor vehicle.
  7. This policy does not cover loss or damage caused by a wilful act or negligence.
  8. This policy shall be void in the event of fraud, non-disclosure or alteration of risk.
  9. You are limited to one claim per 12-month period.
  10. We reserve the right to cancel the policy by sending notice to your registered address, and in such an event returning the premium for the unexpired period.
